REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
LLL does not offer refunds for failure to review our Store Policies prior to purchasing. This most importantly includes our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy.
Refunds and Order Cancellations
Refunds and Order Cancellations are only accept within 24 hours of the purchase date with a detailed explanation for the requested cancellation. Refunds or cancellations on Rush Orders Is Not Accepted. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method minus any transaction fees. Refunds are completed and deposited within 1-5 business days depending on your financial banking institution.
Custom Orders: Pre-ordered Custom Signature Luxe Wigs, Custom Units, and Custom Services are FINAL SALE. Due to sourcing our products from overseas and customizing your items, we order your materials within 24-48 hours after your purchase date. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned to vendor.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your issuing card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted to your account. Next step contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Returns & Exchanges - Damages and issues
We ONLY replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Customers have 7 days after receiving the item to send a return or exchange inquiry with photos of the defective item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and you will either be shipped the same product you initially purchased, or refunded. You are responsible for shipping costs back to us.
Shipping your Retuned Product:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, E-books, digital products, downloadable software products, or final PDF's.
All sale items are FINAL and not eligible for refunds, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR POLICY
Below we’ve outlined a few scenarios that may prompt interest in a return and offer recommendations on how to avoid the problem to begin with and how we handle the problem if it has already arisen.
Oh no, I ordered the wrong size Wig!
If your new to wearing wigs, you probably don’t know what size wig will fit you best. We have included a wig size chart to help you figure out what size we recommend for you. But what if you didn’t see this and ordered the wrong size or maybe you ordered the wig for someone else and just got it wrong. In such case, we are happy to provide you with a consultation to help make adjustments for resizing. Please e-mail us and we’ll take care of you.
Oh no, I don’t like the color, texture, or style of the Wig I selected.
We recommend thinking ahead about the texture, color, and styling options that best suits the way you envision wearing this Lace Wig. We do our best to portray the colors in our wigs as accurately as possible to avoid any surprises when you open up your shipment. If you know what color you want and like what you see online, we should be able to avoid this problem. We understand, however, that you may just have a change of heart and decide that instead of going with a bold color you’d prefer something more subtle. Please e-mail us to see what colors options we can offer to accommodate a color change. Fees Will Apply
Oh no, I just purchased this item and it has a loose thread, or has a defect!
If you recently purchased a wig from us that in the rare case may have a loose thread, elastic band, or is defective please e-mail us! While we believe ALL LACE WIGS should be handled with care, our wigs should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are professionally handcrafted and can withstand regular wear. (Please note, however, that Lace Pieces are a major component of our Lace Wigs. These lace pieces will shed little hairs after very extensive wear. We offer Lace replacement services on all of our custom wigs for an additional fee). Our wigs will not withstand abuse and we will not take responsibility for lace wigs damaged as a result of rough handling. Either way, if you experience an issue with one of our pieces, e-mail us so we can replace the lace or provide options for repairing your lace wig.
We greatly believe in the quality of our products and know that our products are better in real life than they appear online. So if you’re reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we think it’s safe to say that if you’re drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you received your wig in the mail.
