FULFILLMENT

Handled with care - allow 5 business days for fulfillment

Each order is packaged with care by our small team of two in our Stone Mountain studio. While some items are in stock and ready to ship, some of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for fulfillment. Once an order leaves our hands we will notify the customer with the tracking number for the shipment. If you would like to have your order arrive by a specific date, please reach out so that we can do our best to accommodate you. You may do this by leaving a note at check out, or by e-mailing our team at customersupport@lovelavishluxe.com. We will do our best and will inform you if we have trouble meeting your request. 
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout, you may select from one of three options: First Class Mail (standard shipping), Priority Mail (1-3 business days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order rushed, please get in touch at CustomerSupport@lovelavishluxe.com to see if we can accommodate your request. 

We advise that you have your packages shipped to a safe and secure address. Love Lavish Luxe is not responsible for lost packages that have been marked delivered by the carrier. We will, however, do our best to address any damaged or delayed package issues with the carrier on your behalf. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders addressed to international destinations will ship with USPS, or with FedEx upon request. At checkout, you may select from one of three options: First Class Mail International (standard shipping). Priority Mail International (6-10 business days), Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days). Customers will be notified when their orders ship and will receive a tracking number for their order. Please note that these shipping estimates do NOT include the time required for fulfillment. If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch with us at customersupport@lovelavishluxe.com so we can advise you on the best shipping method. While we can provide estimates for shipping times, we cannot guarantee the date of delivery due to the customs process.
